Happenin’s From All Over!

Los Angeles – Popular party guy out with “the other woman” crashed the wrong party and ran into his longtime “love.” The posh gathering ended abruptly when the angry girlfriend pulled a gun and ordered the illicit couple to jump into the pool with their clothes on.  To make matters worse, when the police were called, the girlfriend ran and one of the policemen accidentally fell in the pool chasing her.

Chicago – A guy and his girlfriend usually pooled to buy lottery tickets, but when they won a lottery worth one million, the guy, who had the lucky ticket in possession refused to share.  He claimed that on the day of purchase, he put up the money they usually spent on tickets.  Therefore, the ticket belonged to him.  Ironically, the day after the winning ticket was announced, his apartment caught on fire and everything was destroyed including the winning ticket.  We know who don’t like ugly.

New York – Instead of a bachelor party, as a practical joke, a group of “comical” brothers hired a gorgeous stripper to pretend to be a potential client for a friend who was about to be married.  They met for dinner two days before the wedding, but the deception backfired, when the groom-to-be got so swept off his feet that he postponed his wedding. 

Houston– A well-known couple in the business arena, who had publicly exchanged twin engagement rings a year before at a party given in their honor, recently parted ways. Word is this happened after they discovered each other in an obscure vacation spot with an ex in a very indiscreet position.  Close friends say it was an unfortunate end to a relationship admired by many.

Baltimore – After a high speed chase down Lovers Lane Road, a very handsome political insider was finally captured by a determined young lawyer who abruptly informed him after two months of hot and heavy dating, that she had made a mistake. Rumor has it that he sent her enough flowers to fill a conference room, and she still refused to see him again.  Follow up rumor is that he had hit on her best friend, while they were on a double date.
