Jada: “I once had a guy break up with me because I wouldn’t get my teeth fixed and he said that my ‘I’m afraid to go to the dentist’ excuse was no longer acceptable.”

Cassie:  “I had been dating a guy for three months when he texted me one day out of the blue and informed me that ‘the chemistry between us had faded out’ and that he wished me well in my future misadventures.”

Colin: “I think it’s common for anyone to feel utterly unattractive after being told by someone you’re sleeping with that they have to end the relationship because they like you, but not romantically. When it happened to me, I didn’t go out socially for a year.”

Jeff: “My cousin was about to marry a woman who berated him often in front of others like he was her child.  On his wedding day, midway through the ceremony, in front of a huge crowd, he told his bride-to-be that he had to go to the bathroom and never came back.”

David:  “When I walked into a party one night with my sister, my girlfriend, who I didn’t know was there, walked up and slapped me hard without uttering a word. She called me “a cheating whore” loudly and slammed out the door.  The next day, when she learned it was my sister, she texted me 102 times with an apology, but I ignored her calls and never spoke to her again.”

Jerri:  “After he “ghosted” me for two weeks, my boyfriend of six months, whom I had become very attached to, finally texted me and told me he “was ending what we had” because he had gotten an ex-girlfriend pregnant and they were getting married.”
