Here’s a great opportunity to do a self-analysis of your physical appearance.  Studies show that a woman’s overall level of confidence is deeply influenced by her opinion of her looks.  Think about how good you feel when you’re dressed up and feeling pleased or comfortable with your body.  You should feel fit, fine, and fashionable.

here’s a quick quiz to help you determine where you are in your mental assessment of your physical presentation, and what you need to do if anything.  Consider what fits you, and then rate yourself overall on a scale of 1 to 10.

  1. Your Hair
    A.   It’s stylish, contemporary, and very becoming.
    B.   It’s neat and presentable, and I’m very satisfied with it.
    C.   I don’t know what to do with it, and I’m frustrated.
  2. Your Body
    A.        I’m OK.  But I’m not really satisfied.
